Just like a Construction Main or General Contractor takes responsibility for delivering the physical structure, Hereworks takes ownership of the digital infrastructure that powers it.

We get involved early, working alongside architects, engineers and consultants to shape a smart building strategy from the ground up. This means digital systems are designed in, not bolted on.

We’re typically contracted directly by our enterprise clients and work in parallel with the Main Contractor for Construction. We take full responsibility and the risk for delivering Smart Building Systems.
