CEO

Tomás is an innovator and thought leader passionate about big data and the human behavioural insights we can uncover from smart building systems. He believes a human-centric approach to intelligent building design and maintenance unlocks sustainability, productivity, and efficiency while reducing waste. With over 20 years of experience in IP networks, automation, and RF engineering, Tomás combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership and strategic vision. A Member of the Institute of Engineers Ireland (MIEI), he has held senior director roles in multiple ISPs and completed several business leadership programmes.

Clíona Molloy

Director

Clíona Molloy (BBS Hons, MBS in Safety and Health at Work, CMIOSH) is a Director at Hereworks and McKeon Group. An IOSH chartered member, she is very experienced in managing the role of PSCS. As company Director, Clíona has played a key role in developing Hereworks and McKeon Group as a leading player in the construction and services industries. In addition to her responsibility for overseeing Hereworks Health and Safety Policy, Clíona has been instrumental in developing quality systems and maintaining ISO Quality Accreditation. Cliona is also responsible for HR and contract administration and is dedicated to ensuring the group deliver superior customer service built on quality systems, delivered safely.

Paul Lynch

Chairperson

Paul Lynch, a professional with extensive experience as a strategic advisor to the Group over nearly four years, is the Chairperson of the Board of Directors. This appointment comes at an exciting juncture as the company embarks on the next phase of its sustainable growth. Drawing upon his rich background in diverse sectors such as construction and technology, Paul brings a wealth of expertise. His deep understanding of these industries, coupled with his values that closely align with those of McKeon Group and Hereworks, positions him exceptionally well to oversee the board's activities and ensure its optimal performance. With Paul at the helm, the Board of Directors can rely on his astute guidance and accountability. He is committed to upholding the highest standards and driving the company towards continued success.

Paul McKenna

Chief Operating Officer

With over two decades of experience in smart building technology, construction, facilities management and technical services, Paul brings a wealth of leadership and industry expertise to the role of Chief Operating Officer at Hereworks. Formerly serving as Sales & Marketing Director, Paul was pivotal in shaping the company's strategic direction, leading high-impact initiatives that delivered remarkable results. He was instrumental in launching Hereworks as a leader in Audio Visual and Smart Building integration, with a focus on human-building interaction that continues to define the company's innovation-led approach. Paul now oversees the operational performance of the business, driving cross-functional collaboration, efficiency and scalable growth. He leads with a client-first mindset, ensuring Hereworks delivers exceptional value to new and longstanding partners.

Stephen Weir

Director of Operations

Stephen is a chartered engineer with 20 years of experience in the electrical industry, ranging from project management to controls and design. He brings a unique combination of technical expertise and leadership to his role at Hereworks, with a strong passion for how digital technologies can optimise building services, enhance construction processes and improve the occupier experience of modern spaces. Previously Chairperson of CIBSE Ireland, Stephen has been instrumental in promoting best practice and advancing the adoption of emerging technologies within the built environment. He also holds SmartScore AP accreditation, recognised globally as a mark of leadership in digital connectivity and smart building technology.

Dan Watson

UK Director

Dan is Hereworks' UK Director based in our offices in The Bradfield Centre, Cambridge. He is an industry-renowned Consultant and Technologist within Workspace Technology and Smart Building. As a regular speaker and contributor for multiple industry publications, Dan has a proven track record of enabling businesses to achieve their goals and aspirations through technology projects and programmes by delivering highly innovative real estate technology projects. Dan focuses on offering clients seamless & inclusive user experiences, offering excellent ROI and exemplary service levels.

Laura McCarthy

Business Development Manager

Laura is a Business Development Manager at Hereworks, focused on driving growth across Ireland. She brings expertise in identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing innovative sales strategies that deliver results. Her focus is on expanding Hereworks' presence in the Irish market and contributing to long-term, sustainable profit growth.

Julie Pechony Jones

Head of Research, Development and Innovation

With over 14 years of experience spanning product design, research and management, Julie brings a wealth of expertise to leading Research, Development and Innovation at Hereworks. Julie is passionate about creating solutions that make a difference in people's lives. Julie believes the key to building great products lies in deeply understanding the outcomes people want to achieve. A strong advocate of the Jobs-to-be-Done theory and outcome-driven innovation frameworks, she regularly applies these methodologies to drive innovation and value, combining quantitative and qualitative data.

Sandra Pereira

As a dynamic and entrepreneurial product leader, Sandra brings extensive experience from multiple sectors including telecommunications, digital services and SaaS. Skilled in managing the full product lifecycle, she has successfully delivered smart building insight platforms, occupant issue reporting tools, scalable cloud-based telecom solutions, and AI-driven customer support innovations. Analytical and commercially focused, she aligns product roadmaps with strategic goals, leveraging data-driven insights to drive growth, improve customer experience and streamline services. With expertise in market positioning, product frameworks and digital platform integration, she consistently reduces time-to-market while enhancing sales efficiency. Derek McBrien

People and Culture Manager

Derek is People & Culture Manager at Hereworks, with over 20 years’ experience leading human resources strategy across hospitality, retail and corporate sectors. A values-led HR professional, he specialises in organisational development, employee engagement and talent management, with a focus on culture-building, change leadership and people-first solutions that empower teams and drive business performance. Derek holds a Bachelor of Business Studies from Athlone Institute of Technology, a Diploma in Change Management from University College Dublin and a Diploma in Finance from Griffith College. His professional development also includes certifications in Human Resource Practice, Employment Law, Business Coaching and Training Delivery.

Leslie Gannon

Commercial Manager

Leslie is the Commercial Manager for Hereworks with over 30+ years’ experience in the AV industry. He is an integral part of the Hereworks management team and has been instrumental in building one of the best installation and integration teams in the industry. As well as day-to-day operations, he works closely with the senior management team to drive business strategy and development.

Veronica Lavelle

EHS Manager

Veronica brings over 18 years of experience to her role as Health & Safety Manager at Hereworks, where she leads safety strategy across a wide range of smart building and AV projects. With a background in construction and a Master’s in Environmental, Health & Safety Management, she ensures that innovation and compliance go hand in hand. Veronica plays an active role in shaping company culture, from safety training and ISO standards to wellbeing initiatives and ESG strategy.

Bojana Ilic Gamser

Marketing Manager

Bojana is a full-stack marketer with 15 years of experience spanning B2B, SaaS, and IT, bringing clarity and creativity to every stage of the marketing mix at Hereworks. She drives brand strategy, content, and campaigns across Ireland and the UK, covering everything from LinkedIn and email to event marketing and CRM. Her focus is on making complex technology feel human and relevant to the people who use it every day.

Gary Keeley

Customer Success Manager

With over 9 years at Hereworks, Gary has progressed through four diverse roles - from hands-on installation to leading within Customer Success, giving him a comprehensive understanding of both the technical and client-facing sides of the business. He holds a CTS certification, equipping him with a broad and up-to-date understanding of the Audio Visual industry and its rapidly evolving technologies. In addition, he's completed the ITIL4 Service Management course, which has sharpened his ability to deliver structured, proactive service, bringing real value to clients through streamlined support, improved communication and long-term success strategies.
