Why it's important: Temperature complaints are among the most common workplace issues, directly impacting productivity and wellbeing. Our system ensures optimal temperature conditions while allowing anyone to quickly report discomfort without navigating complex systems or apps.

What is it: Proactive leak detection by monitoring water meter readings and support ticket patterns for leaking faucets and water issues.

Why it's important: We can identify water leakages early by enabling anomaly detection on the building’s water meter data. By combining building data with qualitative human feedback from support requests and tickets we can quickly locate leaks. What is it: Indoor air quality monitoring with intelligent space management recommendations.

Why it's important: When too many people gather in a room, CO2 levels rise rapidly, affecting cognitive performance and comfort. When CO2 hits 2500 ppm in that stuffy conference room, people's performance on basic tasks deteriorates dramatically—add VOCs and particulate matter to the mix and things can get exponentially worse. Our system detects these conditions will try to rectify them automatically via the building’s HVAC system. If the HVAC system cannot handle the air changes required, simply changing conference rooms can immediately improve the air quality and meeting productivity.
The Smart building system can prompt users to change rooms, and can understand patterns of usage, room occupancy and meeting booking data to automatically book more suitable spaces.
