What’s the opportunity? (Role)

We are currently seeking an ambitious, self-motivated, hard-working individual to become part of the Hereworks Team as an Audio Visual Installer. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a broad and diverse range of technologies. ‍

What will you be doing? (Responsibilities)

‍

• Execute installation tasks as assigned, including cable pulls, terminations, and equipment mounting.

• Responsibility for developing appropriate fixing/grounds solutions for sitting of equipment to ensure high quality finish.

• Familiarity with products in use

• Fabricate racks and install system components.

• Lead and direct installation crews on less complex projects, ensuring adherence to project requirements.

• Specifically, the ability to receive instruction for and execute a small/non-complex project accompanied by a tier 1 labour resource.

• Read and interpret electronic schematics and architectural drawings.

• Use hand and power tools to solder, crimp connectors, and perform other AV system related tasks.

• Assist with managing and securing equipment and tools on the job site, Understand weight distribution and load bearing capacities for any given product e.g Projector Mounting, LFD Brackets etc.

• Perform basic mechanical fabrication and rack wiring.

• Travel to various job sites as required.
